Bhubaneswar: Employees of 108 ambulance rescued an unidentified differently abled man from the railway track near Bahanaga station in Odisha’s Balasore district on Wednesday.
The man was critically injured after a fall from a train at Ichhapur level crossing near Bahanaga railway station, sources said.
After being informed by local residents, the 108 ambulance rushed to the site and rescued the injured person. The ambulance staff first took him to a hospital at Soro.
Thereafter, the ambulance staff got the man admitted to the district headquarters hospital (DHH) in Balasore where his condition was stated to be stable.
