Cuttack: The Orissa High Court on Tuesday ordered a probe into the educational details of Commerce and Transport Minister Padmanabha Behera.
The directive of the court came in response to a petition filed by a person called Bhagaban Bagha on this matter.
The petitioner had filed a complaint in the Biramaharaj police station to probe into the educational details of the minister as he used to change his educational status in each affidavit. But as the IIC of the police station did not register his complaint, he moved the High Court.
Admitting the petition, the court directed the IIC to probe the case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner.
There was no reaction by the minister over the directive of the court till reports last came in.
