13 Bogies Of Goods Train Derails In Odisha’s Bhadrak

Bhadrak: Thirteen bogies of a goods train derail neared Dhamra railway overbridge in Charampa area of Odisha’s Bhadrak district on Tuesday afternoon.

According to sources, the derailment took place while the train was on its way to Dhamra to get coal.

It is suspected that the empty bogies might have jumped off the track after coming in contact with some stones.

Railways authorities have reached the spot and probing the cause of the derailment.

Efforts are on to remove the derailed bogies from the tracks.

An official confirmation is yet to be received from the Railway authorities and the technicians inspecting the incident.
