Nabarangpur: Nabarangpur police in association with District Labour Office rescued 15 migrant labourers, including seven minor girls and one minor boy, from a brick kiln in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, on Tuesday night.
According to sources, the rescued labourers belong to Pariabedha village under Dabugaon police limits in the district.
The police action followed a complaint lodged a brother of a labourer, who alleged that they were being tortured by the brick kiln owner, the sources added.
