Rourkela: One more student of the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela, has tested positive for coronavirus.
The institute had earlier reported three cases between March 10 and March 22.
Informing about the fresh cases Sundargarh Collector Nikhil Pavan Kalyan said the infected students have been kept in isolation and measures taken to check the spread of virus on the campus.
One of the cases was detected a day after President Ram Nath Kovind attended the 18th convocation of the institute.

On Thursday Sundargarh registered 27 positive cases taking the district’s tally to 143 active cases.
Earlier in the day, Gayatri Pharmacy College in Sambalpur district was shut till March 29 after two employees tested positive for COVID-19 in the Rapid Antigen test.
