50 COVID-19 Positive Cases Reported From Odisha’s Sambalpur City In 24 Hours

Sambalpur: The western Odisha district has reported 51 new COVID-19 positive cases in the last 24 hours with all but one case detected in SMC area.

Out of the new cases, 50 are from 13 wards under Sambalpur Municipal Corporation (SMC) with Stationpada ward alone accounting for 22 patients.

One case has been reported from Rairakhol block. As many as 32 of the new cases have been detected as local contacts.

With 1 death and 203 recoveries, Sambalpur district has 284 active cases at present.
