Bhubaneswar: Nine persons were arrested and 69 kg of ganja was seized
from their possession in a raid conducted by excise officials at

On a tip-off, the excise sleuths apprehended the accused while they

It was revealed during interrogation and inquiry that the apprehended
persons brought the ganja from Ganjam and Kandhamal to supply the same
to Puri and other parts of the state, an excise official said.
Efforts are on to establish link with some other persons involved in
the smuggling racket. They will be traced and nabbed soon, the officer
added.
