Rourkela: Overall 84 percent students passed Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) Examinations, the results of which were declared on Wednesday.
Of the total 29, 593 students who had appeared for the examinations from 157 colleges, 24, 856 have cleared their papers.
Students can check their results on university’s official website www.bputexam.in after 7 pm.
The results were published eight days ahead of the schedule, sources said.
The BPUT Act was enacted in 2002 and the foundation stone of the university was laid by former President of India late Dr APJ Abdul Kalam at Chhend, Rourkela.
The university offers PhD, Master Degree and Undergraduate Degrees in engineering, management, pharmacy, architecture, planning and many more.
