The scam involves alleged financial irregularities in the rental of silt pusher machines and dredging equipment by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).
EOW arrested Kadam and Jayesh Joshi a few weeks ago for allegedly acting as intermediaries in the supply of equipment.

Dino, who made his Bollywood debut with ‘Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi’, was seen in the recently released web series ‘The Royals’, which also features Zeenat Aman, Ishaan Khatter and Bhumi Pednekar.
Dino will next be seen in ‘Housefull 5’, which is scheduled to be released on June 6.
Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, ‘Housefull 5’ stars Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Fardeen Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, and Johny Lever.
