Bhubaneswar: Actor Manoj Bajpayee responded to Odisha State Transport Authority’s, tweet on road safety with a ‘Thank You” and folded hands emoji on Thursday.
Using the title of the actor’s recently-released compelling courtroom drama film, Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai, the STA tweeted: Your assistance in the ‘Golden Hour’ of road accident can save lives. Do not hesitate to help.
The film is based on real-life trial and conviction of a self-styled ‘godman’ who preyed upon naïve young women. It traces the journey of humble lawyer Poonam Chand Solanki (Manoj Bajpayee) in the battle for justice for a minor girl. Owing to the massive success and overwhelming public response received on the OTT platform, the makers have released the movie on big screens across the country.
Notably, the STA is known for posting innovative message linked to Bollywood while spreading awareness on road safety and driving the message home.
