Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Wednesday issued fresh guidelines to ensure safety of doctors, para-medical staff, and medical students while at work, across the state.
Sources said, the order to enhance security at healthcare institutions was passed in the wake of Kolkata’s RG Kar rape and murder incident, which triggered outrage all over and protests by doctors.
