Bhubaneswar: The age restrictions on entry of devotees to the Lingaraj Temple in the State Capital have been withdrawn.
Informing mediapersons, Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) Prem Chandra Chaudhary said considering the problems in the entry of devotees aged above 65 and below 10, it has been decided to allow them also into the temple.
Stating that the devotees will have to show the COVID-19 negative report, Chaudhary said those who do not possess a COVID-19 negative report will have to undergo the test at the COVID testing centre near the temple. The test is free of cost , he added.
