Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast light to moderate rain/thundershower at a few places in Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Ganjam, Gajapati and at one or two places in coastal Odisha, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Dhenkanal, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Rayagada, Koraput and Malkangiri districts on Tuesday.
Some districts in coastal Odisha has been witnessing overcast sky and light rain under the influence of eastward movement of waves on Bay of Bengal, it further said.
After two days of dry spell, the state is likely to experience rain again on November 24-25.
November 24

Light to moderate rain/thundershower is likely at one or two places in Koraput Malkangiri, Rayagada, Kandhamal, Gajapati, and Ganjam.
Dry weather is likely to prevail across the state thereafter. There will also be no large change in the night temperature during next 4-5 days, the weather agency said in its midday bulletin.
Only Koraput (12.5) and Kirei in Sundargarh (14.5) recorded temperature below 15 degree Celsius in the last 24 hours. The night temperature in twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack was 20.4 and 21 degree Celsius respectively.
Gop in Puri district recorded the highest rainfall of 12 mm in the last 24 hours, followed by Krishna Prasad and Kakatpur also in the same district at 11 mm.
