Khurda: An ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist) worker died while on duty in Odisha’s Khurda district on Wednesday.
According to sources, the ASHA worker had gone to Dihakhala village of Obarasingh panchayat this morning to distribute medicines. While distributing the medicines in the village, she suddenly fell unconscious.
She was rushed to the district headquarters hospital where the doctors pronounced her as brought dead.
