Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) will refund the excess compounding fee collected from the beneficiaries under Amnesty Scheme.
As per a notification issued by BDA on Tuesday, eligible beneficiaries have been asked to apply duly with their relevant documents within seven days from the date of issue of notice.
The notification reads: BDA has set a target to dispose all the Amnesty applications by January 15, 2022 and therefore all the applicants, who have not submitted the compliances are requested to comply with all the observations and deficiencies within seven days to avoid any rejection of your application.
The notice further reads, “If you have deposited excess compounding fee under Amnesty Scheme, apply for a refund of the excess amount within December 15 at the BDA office.”
Allottees of Bhubaneswar Development Authority are requested to submit the Lease Deed application by December 15 for execution, the BDA stated.
