Bhubaneswar: Kalinga Hospital Limited (KHL), a leading healthcare provider of Odisha, celebrated Utkal Divas in style on Saturday.
Eminent personalities like Justice Choudhury Pratap Keshari Mishra, renowned spiritual leader Swami Mukundananda, former Chief Secretary, ex-VC of OUAT and writer Sahadeva Sahu, along with Dr Sita Kantha Dash, Chairman, Kalinga Hospital Ltd., graced a special function featuring the art, architecture and heritage of Odisha along with state-of-the-art healthcare services provided by Kalinga Hospital to the people of Odisha and neighbouring States.
As a gesture of recognition of long and continuous service, KHL felicitated 80 of its employees.
“On this auspicious day, KHL felicitated 80 employees who had provided uninterrupted service at KHL for better health of humankind,” said eminent scientist Dr Sita Kantha Dash.
KHL Managing Director Nilanjana Mukherjee also acknowledged the efforts put in by the employees.
“The award is the token of appreciation for the awardees for the long contribution and dedication towards the hospital. It is due to the hard work and commitment of employees and sacrifice of their family members that KHL is here. This award will inspire the employees to work harder,” Nilanjana said.
KHL, the first corporate hospital of the Odisha, has been providing advanced healthcare for more than 30 years.
