Bhubaneswar: On the eve of the 174th foundation day, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation on Tuesday requested city denizens to celebrate the day by decorating their homes.
In an appeal on Twitter, BMC urged institutions to decorate their premises with lights.
Meanwhile, programmes have been lined up to celebrate Capital Foundation Day in a grand manner from April 13 to 14. Among several other programmes and prize distribution functions, cultural events have also been scheduled at Utkal Mandap in the evening.
