Buses Collide Head-On In Odisha’s Balasore, 16 Injured

Balasore: At least 16 persons were injured after two buses collide head-on on Tamulia overbridge in Odisha’s Balasore district on Wednesday.

According to sources, two private buses met with the accident. While one was travelling from Balasore to Baripada, the other was en route to Balasore from Bhubaneswar. The injured have been admitted to district headquarters hospital here.

On being informed, police reached the spot and begun an investigation.

Notably, 12 passengers were killed and eight were injured near Moulabhanja Square at Digapahandi in Ganjam district after an OSRTC bus collided head-on with a mini private bus late on June 25.
