Puri: Curtains will be going up on 17th Bring Your Own Film Festival (BYOFF) 2020 in the Pilgrim Town of Puri from February 21 to 25.
During this five-day festival, filmmakers from across the world will be screening movies of different genres and durations. Around 300 delegates from across the globe will be flying down to Puri to witness this event.
BYOFF is going to be held outside the Pink House Hotel and Restaurant off Chakrathirtha Road in the Pilgrim Town. Movies will be screened in makeshift tents on the beaches.
The filmmakers, who will be screening their films at the event, can also showcase their products to the potential buyers. Besides this, arrangements have also been made for singing, dancing, display of paintings, sculptures and photographs, presenting enactments, discussing ideas and sharing thoughts and experiences.
Artists, who wish to display their works at the event, can send their requests to ‘byoffpuri20202gmail.com’ BYOFF was started by filmmakers in 2004 and till date more than two thousand films have been screened here at the event.
