New Delhi: The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has extended due dates of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance to deductors in Odisha, reeling under the aftermath of cyclone Fani.
The following relief in TDS compliance has been extended to deductors in Odisha.
CBDT sources said the changes were carried out “with a view to redressing genuine hardship faced by deductors because of severe disruption in normal life and breakdown of communication systems caused by cyclone Fani”.
