Baripada: The CBI sleuths on Wednesday nabbed three policemen of Railway Protection Force (RPF) while allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000 from a person.
Acting on a tip-off, a 20-member CBI team raided the RPF police station and later caught RPF Inspector Amit Kumar, constable Pramod Marandi and Bhagarai Murmu red-handed while they were receiving the bribe from a person near a roadside dhaba (food joint).
However, Murmu managed to escape. Efforts are on to arrest the absconding constable, the CBI officials said.
