New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce the Class XII Board results 2018 on Saturday (May 26) by 10 am.
The results will be declared on its official website: www.cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in and results.nic.in. Class X results will also be out soon.
CBSE board exams were held from March 5 to April 13. Despite the re-test of Class XII economics paper, held on April 25, the results have not been delayed. “We have rigorously followed up with schools to send more evaluators than the required number to declare the results on time,” said a board official.
Over 28 lakh students, who appeared for the Class X and Class XII board exams this year, can also check their results through the Mircosoft app SMS organizer even if they are offline. The candidates have to register their roll number, school code and the date of birth on the app to be able to access their scores.
Here are the steps to be followed to get results on SMS organizer:
Step 1: Download the SMS organizer app
Step 2: Check the notification from SMS Organizer to register CBSE results.
Step 3: Click on the notification and pre-register with your roll number, school code and date of birth.
Step 4: Click on the result notification when results are released.
You can then download the score card. Apart from Microsoft, Google will also host the CBSE results this year.
Besides, one can also get their results via SMS by sending a message to given numbers: 52001 (MTNL), 57766 (BSNL), 5800002 (Aircel), 55456068 (Idea), 54321, 51234 and 5333300 (Tata Teleservices), 54321202 (Airtel), and 9212357123 (National Informatics Centre).
Results will also be available on the CBSE app, that one can download from playstore.
