Bhubaneswar: Senior BJP leader and Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi has urged the Centre to set up a state-of-the-art cancer research unit at the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) premises in Bhubaneswar.
The BJP leader, in a twitter post, said he met the Union Minister of State for Atomic Energy, Jitender Singh on Monday and requested him to open the hub.
She said the minister was very positive and said that his department would work out the modalities.
