Bhubaneswar: The Council Of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) asked the colleges and higher secondary schools to upload the marks secured by Class XII students in the quarter-end examinations on SAMS by February 16.
In a letter to the principals of educational institutions affiliated to the CHSE on Tuesday , the CHSE has provided a link in the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) website to upload the marks. It has also provided a user manual in the website to be followed.
The CHSE has also asked officials to preserve the hard copy of the uploaded tabulation register of marks signed by the subject teacher, data entry operator, examination in-charge and principal of the institution for four years. The Council has also asked them to preserve the evaluated answer books and question papers for three years.
The authorities of schools and colleges have been directed to remain prepared for the annual examination whose schedule will be announced in time.
