Bhubaneswar: To compensate for the loss suffered during the COVID-19 pandemic, colleges and universities in Odisha will hold physical classes during the summer vacation.
In view of this, the Higher Education Department has asked principals of degree colleges and registrars of state universities to take precautions against the summer heat and follow the guidelines issued by the office of the special relief commissioner.
Classroom teaching for final semester courses (both UG and PG) will continue till June 5 and exams will be conducted between June 16 and June 30.

Sufficient ORS solution to be kept in colleges
Restrictions on outdoor activities
Resumption of transport facilities
The department has also given a schedule for classes and exams till June 30.
