Cuttack: The Orissa High Court has ordered video-conferencing facility for advocates above 65 years.
At a joint meeting of Register General, Accountant General and Bar Association representatives, it has been decided that video-conferencing facility will be provided to the advocates above 65 years at their homes and in the court.
Not more than five legal practitioners can be present during the proceedings of the case inside the court room, the meeting also decided. They have been advised not to crowd the court premises after the hearing.
