Mumbai: After facing discrimination in Bollywood, actress Priyanka Chopra forayed into Hollywood and carved a niche for herself there.
While Priyanka is undoubtedly one of the best actresses in the industry, her cousin Meera Chopra declared that she is a huge fan of Kangana Ranaut.
“I am a huge Kangana fan. I think what she has done in this industry no other actress before, ever, since the inception of Bollywood has been able to do,” said Meera.
Meera has high regard for Kangana because, despite nepotism and other negative aspects of the industry, the actress has managed to make her mark in the industry all by herself.
“She is a fighter; she is a survivor. She is alone, and that’s how she is working. She is doing everything. No one has managed to do this till date,” she added.
Meera Chopra has also lauded Kangana’s decision to enter politics and feels that more youngsters should join politics.
“I think it’s the time for young people to get in (politics). Look at Kangana. I think it’s the best time for her to get in, though I would say she is a better actor, but she’s just starting,” Meera told Hitflik.
Meera, who is a cousin of Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra, feels that her journey in the industry became difficult, as she didn’t ask for anyone’s support.
