Bhubaneswar: The Central Electricity Supply Utility of Odisha (CESU) on Thursday announced a special rebate of 4% on and above the existing rebates and incentives for all Low Tension (LT) electricity consumers who make their payment during April this year. Those who could not pay during the designated rebate dates in the month of March can also get rebates.
An additional rebate on dues and arrears will be provided if the monthly bill is paid by April 30 and the arrears are paid by May 30. It is a one time settlement, the statement added.
CESU will raise the bills where meter reading has not been taken on the last recorded consumption in accordance with the OERC Regulation.
