COVID-19 Positive Cases Remain Around 50 In Odisha’s Cuttack City

Cuttack: The COVID-19 positive cases in the city continued to remain around 50 as 49 persons tested positive for the disease in the last 24 hours.

Of the new cases, 18 were reported from institutional quarantine centres while 31 were local contacts, according to Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC).

Among the local contacts, 5 were from Bidanasi and 4 from Buxibazar.

The city reported 56 positive cases on Friday and 51 the previous day.

With Saturday’s addition, the COVID-19 tally in the city has gone up to 15,201 while 782 are active cases. As many as 14,347 patients have recovered and 72 have succumbed to the disease.
