Koraput: All routine OPD services at Saheed Laxman Nayak (SLN) Medical College and Hospital here have been closed from Friday till further orders to check the spread of COVID-19.
“The general casualty/paediatric casualty/isolation word and labour room will function us usuaL Only emergency cases will be admitted to the hospital. Only one attendant will be allowed to accompany the patients,” an official release said.
It further said that wearing to mask on the hospital premises is mandatory for all staff, patient and attendants. No outsiders will be allowed to park their two-wheelers/four wheelers inside the hospital building. Police deployed inside the campus may impose fine on defaulters, it said.
“All categories staff should not leave the duty place without any intimation during this pandemic situation,” it added.
