Bhubaneswar: Fresh COVID-19 positive cases in the Odisha capital were down to single digit with just 9 reported in the last 24 hours.
Four of the new cases are from quarantine centres and 5 through local contacts, according to Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation.
Of the local contact cases, 2 are Chandrasekharpur and one each from Gajapati Nagar, Patia and Tankapani Road.
Ten patients have been cured of the disease in the last 24 hours.
A total of 31,741 people have been infected by coronavirus in Bhubaneswar so far, of which 31,277 have recovered. There have been 243 deaths while the number of active cases is 200 at present.
