Bhubaneswar: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan inaugurated a vaccination camp for the frontline workers at the Indian Oil Odisha State Office at Chandrasekharpur here on Wednesday.
With vaccination emerging a potent tool to keep people safe from COVID-19, petrol pump customer attendants, LPG delivery boys, tank truck drivers, stakeholders and Indian Oil families will be inoculated during the week-long drive, starting today.
Being organised in association with Apollo Hospitals, Bhubaneswar, the Union Petroleum for Natural Gas and Steel Minister inaugurated the camp in the presence of CGM Subhajit Ghosh; Regional CEO-Central Region, Apollo Hospitals Sudhir M Diggikar and stakeholders.
It has been planned to administer around 200 doses per day for 7 days, till June 8.
Pradhan said, for a state government 50% of vaccines are arranged by the Centre free of cost, 25% will be by state government itself free of cost and rest 25% will be by corporates under CSR.
