Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has achieved the COVID-19 vaccination target for the month of July.
Briefing the mediapersons on Saturday, BMC Additional Commissioner Laxmikant Sethi said 18,35,903 doses were administered by 9 pm on July 30 as against the target of 18.14 lakh.
Of 18,35,903 doses, 10,59753 persons have been administered the first dose and 7,76,150 with the second dose.
Going by the BMC vaccination data till July 30, 2,83,603 city denizens, including the health workers, frontline workers, people aged 18-44, 45 plus and 60 plus, are yet to get the second dose.
