Bhubaneswar: Dense fog is likely to envelop at least seven districts of Odisha over the next two days, India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Saturday.
As per the midday weather bulletin issued by the IMD, dense fog is likely to occur in discticts such as Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Khurda, Nayagarh ans Puri from Saturday night till Sunday morning.
Similarly, desnse fog is likely to be experienes in districts like Cuttack, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Khurda and Puri from Sunday night till Monday morning.
In view of the forecast by IMD, the office of the Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) issued an advisory for police and transport officials of these districts to take necessary steps for controlled plying of vehicles during dense fog to avoid any road accident.
