The accused hails from Jagatsinghpur district.
According to information, the youth opened the lock of the bus with ‘Hadeswar’ written on it and started driving towards Cuttack. A team from the Khantapara police station rushed to the spot and detained the youth. The police came to know the accused is differently abled after he failed to answer their questions during interrogation.
