Bhanjanagar: The court of the additional district and sessions judge on Friday granted conditional bail to Nilamani Bisoyee, the BJP candidate who was arrested for ransacking the EVM control unit in booth no-182 at Sorada during the second phase of polls on April 18.
Polling was disrupted after Bisoyee barged into the booth.
Bisoyee, a former Congress leader, joined the BJP in March and was given the ticket to contest from Sorada Assembly seat.
