New Delhi: Former Union Minister and Bihar political heavyweight Raghuvansh Prasad Singh succumbed at AIIMS, Delhi on Sunday morning.
The 74-year-old leader was admitted to the hospital recently after he complained of breathing trouble and had been on ventilator support for the past four days.
