New Delhi: A FICCI delegation, led by its president Sanjiv Mehta and senior vice-president Subhrakant Panda, called on Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath at Lucknow on August 23.
Panda is Managing Director of Indian Metals and Ferro Alloys Ltd (IMFA), while Mehta is Chairman and MD of Hindustan Unilever Ltd.
The discussions focused on the immense potential of India’s largest state, especially in the context of massive investment in infrastructure and measures to improve ‘ease of doing business’.
Other members of the FICCI delegation included past presidents Harsh Pati Singhania and Dr Jyotsana Suri, besides Uma Shankar Bhartia and Arun Chawla.
