New Delhi: Singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh’s Dil-Luminati concert at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi last evening witnessed a huge crowd.
The event was a great success, but what grabbed the attention of netizens was the distribution of free water bottles to singles during the concert.
The volunteers distributing the free water bottles were from the matrimonial platform Jeevansathi.com. They were seen sporting white T-shirts with a humorous message “Singles Ko Paani Pilao Yojana” printed on it.
The bottles too had a funny label on them which read as: “Jeevansathi pe aa gaye hote toh aaj ye bottle nahi uska haath pakda hota.”
Soon, the pictures of this campaign by Jeevansathi.com went viral on social media platforms and netizens came up with a hilarious reaction.
Dressed in an all-black Punjabi ensemble, Diljit left his fans mesmerised with his soulful and energetic performance.
During the performance, Diljit held the Indian national flag above his head and said, “Ye mera desh, mera ghar hai (This is my country, this is my home)!”
The second show of the Dil-Luminati Tour will be held in Delhi on October 27.
The other cities where Diljit will be performing includes, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Indore, Chandigarh, and Guwahati.
