Patna/Delhi: RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on Monday drove a tractor to reach the Bihar assembly, in protest against the spiralling rise in prices of petrol, diesel and cooking gas. Meanwhile, in Delhi, businessman and Sonia Gandhi’s son-in-law Robert Vadra, cycled from the capital’s Khan Market to his office to protest against the record-breaking prices fuel prices.
Vadra also slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for sitting in AC cars while people bear the brunt of the rise in fuel prices. “You (PM) must come out from AC cars and see how people are suffering and perhaps then you’d reduce fuel prices,” he was quoted as saying in The Indian Express (TIE).
