Cuttack: The Central Excise Intelligence officials seized 32 kg of ganja from a car near Link Road in Cuttack on Sunday morning and arrested three engineering students.
Acting on a tip-off, the Central Excise Intelligence officials intercepted a car near the Link Road and seized the narcotics.
As informed by the Excise officials, the ganja was being transported from Kandhamal to Balasore.
The three arrested students belong to a private engineering college in Bhubaneswar.
