Bhubaneswar: To prevent the spread of COVID-19 in rural areas, the Odisha government on Wednesday announced a house-to-house survey for monitoring symptoms and co-morbid conditions over a three-month period from May 24 to August 23.
In a letter to district collectors and municipal commissioners, Additional Chief Secretary, Health, Pradipta Mohapatra said that the survey will be conducted by ASHA and Anganwadi workers in accordance with the following action plans:
To sustain the motivation of ASHA workers, monetary incentives will be paid to them, Mohapatra said.
