Bhubaneswar: Dry weather is likely to prevail in most parts of Odisha till Wednesday morning. The following three days some districts are likely to experience isolated rainfall and thunderstorm, the regional centre of India Meteorological Department stated in its mid-day bulletin.
The prediction for the next 5 days is as follows:
March 23: Light to moderate rain or thunderstorm very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of North coastal Odisha, Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Koraput and Gajapati. Dry weather to prevail in rest of Odisha.
March 24: Light to moderate rain or thunderstorm likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of coastal Odisha, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Angul, Dhenkanal and Kandhamal. Dry weather likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha.
March 25: Light to moderate rain or thunderstorm very likely to occur at one or two places over coastal Odisha, Mayurbhanj, Koraput and Malkangiri. Dry weather likely to prevail over the rest of Odisha.
March 26: Districts of North Coastal Odisha, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Malkangiri, Koraput and Gajapati likely to experience light to moderate rain or thunderstorm. Dry weather very likely to prevail in Odisha.
No large change in maximum temperature (day temperature) over the districts of Odisha during next 4-5 days. It will be above normal by 2 to 3 degree Celsius during the period.
The sky will remain mainly clear with partly cloudy towards afternoon and evening. Maximum and minimum temperature very likely to be around 38 degree Celsius and 25 degree Celsius respectively.
