New Delhi: A total of 30,615 fresh COVID-19 cases were reported in India on Wednesday. The new cases took the active tally in the country to 3,70,240.
India’s daily positivity rate has been recorded at 2.45 per cent while the weekly positivity rate at 3.32 per cent, according to the Ministry of Health.
Meanwhile, as many as 75.42 crore tests have been conducted so far in the country, with 12,51,677 tests being held in the last 24 hours.
A total of 82,988 patients have recovered on Tuesday and the cumulative tally of patients recovered since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic is now at 4,18,43,446. India’s recovery rate stands at 97.94 per cent.
