Sethu topped the group with 17 points.
Odisha FC will face Group A toppers and defending champions on May 16.
Sports Odisha, who also qualified for the knockout stage as the second-placed team in Group A, will come up against Eastern Sporting who finished fourth in Group B on the same day.
