The new programme was launched only to divert the attention of people from Ratna Bhandar opening and High Court notice, he added.
Bhubaneswar: Continuing it tirade against the BJD-ruled Odisha government, the BJP on Tuesday expressed doubts over presence of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik in the Cabinet meetings.
“Is Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is being used to generate fake face and voice of the CM at such meetings? This continues to remain a mystery,” senior BJP leader Samir Mohanty told a presser here.
Targeting the government over recently launched ‘Ama Odisha Naveen Odisha’ programme, he further said that the BJD is veering towards Naveen Odisha from Biju Odisha. “This is a new game of the government to hoodwink people. Ama Odisha in reality is 50 per cent PC Odisha,” he said, adding that it is the new version of “Ama Gaon Ama Vikash” announced in 2018.
He also questioned the intentions of the ruling BJD, claiming that a whopping 90 per cent of projects announced under the earlier programme have not been implemented. “The fate of other such schemes- Biju Yuva Vahini, Pitha Yojna, Biju Atma Nijukti Yojana, Biju Kanya Ratna Yojna, Mo Cycle, Biju Gaa Gadi – is unknown. We suspect the new programme is a ploy to make funds available for BJD workers for the upcoming elections as projects are being awarded without floating tenders,” he added.
Mohanty also alleged that these programmes are filling the coffer of those running ‘Mo Sarkar’ and businessmen in the state.
The new programme was launched only to divert the attention of people from Ratna Bhandar opening and High Court notice, he added.
