Mumbai: ‘Jawan’, Shah Rukh Khan’s second film of the year after the superhit ‘Pathaan’, seems to be a rage well ahead of its release.
A fortnight before the Atlee-helmed movie is due to hit theatres worldwide, advance bookings worth Rs 1 crore have been collected in the USA.
And now comes the news that ‘Jawan’ will be shown on the world’s largest screen – in Germany.
The gigantic permanent IMAX screen in Leonberg is 125 feet wide and 72 feet tall.
No other Indian movie has ever been shown on such a big screen before.
Known as ‘Traumpalast’, this largest permanent cinema screen was established on December 6, 2022, surpassing all previous large IMAX screens. Guinness World Records authenticated the screen’s status as the largest permanent cinema hall, with an area of 814.8 square metres.
As wide as a Boeing 737 airliner, the ‘Traumpalast’ is equipped with high-tech laser technology and special software to make it full HD.
On Saturday, Shah Rukh himself shared the teaser of a song. Watch the teaser posted on X:
Shah Rukh also posted his different looks from the film on X, including some while answering his fan’s queries.
