Reliance Jio has discontinued the Rs 2020 plan and introduced a Rs 2,121 prepaid plan.
This plan has a validity of 336 days, 29 days lesser than the previous plan, effectively increasing the tariff. Jio is offering 12,000 non-Jio minutes, 1.5GB daily data, and the usual subscription to apps like JioTV and JioCinema. After 1.5 GB daily data, the speed reduces to 64 kbps.
In comparison, Airtel’s yearly plan costs Rs 2,398 and that of Vodafone is Rs 2,399.
