Bhubaneswar: Retired judge of Orissa High Court Justice Bijaya Kumar Nayak assumed as the chairperson of the Odisha State Law Commission on Thursday.
Additional secretary of law department Jeeban Ballav Mishra shall be the secretary to the Law Commission, official sources said.
