Bhubaneswar:  Joining the people of the Odisha seeking justice for Nayagarh’s deceased minor girl Pari are two city-based children.

Ashwini (7) and her friend Aryaditya (10) peddled from Nandan Vihar petrol pump here in the city to Naveen Niwas seeking justice for the family of Pari. They also submitted a letter to the Chief Minister.

Residents of Patia area, they are studying in a private school at Nandan Vihar.

As per sources, the two friends had gone to Naveen Niwas with their fathers on Wednesday morning. “I learnt about Pari from news channels and asked my father about the matter. I was worried that how the family of Pari will get justice. Then we thought of requesting Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. We have also submitted a letter to the CM over our concern and demand. The murderer of Pari should be arrested soon,” said Ashwini.

They have also started an online Abhiyan ‘Justice For Pari’ and opened a website.

Notably, in July, Pari (5), daughter of an auto-rickshaw driver, was reportedly abducted when she was playing outside her house at Jadupur village in Nayagarh district. Subsequently, the minor girl’s skeletal remains and chopped body parts were found dumped in the backyard of the house.
